BotServ is the service that handles settings for the services bots users can add to their channel.
ChanServ is the channel registration and settings service.
MemoServ handles memos to and from other registered nicknames.
NickServ is the nickname registration and settings service.
OperServ is a service for IRC Operators.
vHostServ is the service that handles vHosts. Only IRC Operators and Host Setters have access to adding/removing virtual hosts.

Noteworthy changes:

• vhostServ is now intergrated into NickServ, your vhost will be set when you login to your nick.
